Procrastination is putting off things you feel you should do. Sometimes it may involve doing something else to avoid what you should be doing, but not always.
The occasional procrastination over things that are challenging or unenjoyable is entirely understandable.
Perfectionism isn’t the goal here. You want to overcome procrastination to help get things done.
